Mikako Hara, known as Mika, is the founder of MICCA Beauty Salon Tokyo, specializing in personalized facials to skincare, facial sculpting, anti-aging treatments, holistic beauty and body contouring.
With a background in fashion and international beauty, Mika has earned the trust of Japanese actors, actresses, singers, international models, fashion industry professionals and other entertainment professionals, providing customized treatments for everyday wellness, Fashion Week, filming, and special appearances, when clients wish to look and feel their best.
Her international experience extends beyond Tokyo, including teaching professional facial massage in Mongolia and bringing her expertise to Switzerland through international beauty collaborations.
As both a therapist and educator, Mika believes exceptional beauty treatments are not simply about changing the appearance of the skin. They are about understanding the person, combining skilled hands with modern technology, and creating a moment in which both the skin and mind can reset.

Her warm, attentive care helps guests feel comfortable, whether visiting for a revitalizing facial, tension-relieving massage, or body treatment.
Speaking Ukrainian and Russian natively, English, and conversational Japanese, she is especially comfortable welcoming MICCA’s diverse international guests.
